Special Steels Factory LLC (SSFL) was established in November 2012 in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD III), Mussafah South, Abu Dhabi. Special Steels Factory LLC main objective is to be the GCC’s leading producer of cold-rolled deformed steel bars, plain bars, reinforcement steel bars, and wire mesh using the world’s most advanced machinery and equipment.
Rajiv N. Shrivastva, a GCC steel pioneer and majority shareholder of Special Steels Factory LLC has over 40 years of experience in steel manufacturing in the region, ensuring a level of excellence and credibility that advanced technology alone cannot deliver.

COLD REDUCED
REINFORCEMENT STEEL BARS

Cold reduced deformed steel bars are used primarily in the construction industry with a particular emphasis on villa projects and flooring when considering the diameter range (3mm-14mm).

REINFORCEMENT STEEL WIRE MESH

Wire mesh is also used in the construction industry and its specific application is used for the reinforcement of concrete where an arrangement of steel bars or wire normally configured in two directions at right angles are welded at the intersections.

PLAIN ROUND BARS

Cold reduced plain round bars are primarily used in the scaffolding, fabrication and construction industries.
